Captain’s University Individual Leadership Program

The Captain’s University Player program is a four-week course aimed to empower individual players that are looking to capitalize on their leadership growth. This program reviews the three core modules – Clarity, Communication, and Confidence – to enhance and give players the tools to feel more comfortable stepping into a leadership role.

The first week players will take the Captain’s University Leadership Assessment to understand their natural strengths as a leader. The remaining weeks will cover each of the three modules.

The course will be held virtually via zoom.
